The conviction in the episode of CSI was of hardly any forensic evedince beside imprints on the victims body of a girl who got run over, by the grandson of a guy who reported his car missing. They way they took the prints off the body was in a unsecure rooom wich could of been tampered with. So therefore the conclusions they gave the accused in the negotiation rooms were il constructed and perhaps illiegal.

In this weeks episode a stripper comes and strips for a womans bachorlette party, but to his surprise he is murdered from rage of over jealous husband. The way the CSI team set this up was a accurate measure. Even though they had the vaginal cells of a woman, they didnt test the four girls who were their. I am challenging that a person/the csi team can, should, tested to see who matched the vaginal cells on the dead stripper to see who had sex with him so they can verify there testomonies to be true or not.

Dying Toughly

It seems every week the csi team performs recreation of the crime scene or part of it and every time there experiments lead to have outside variables that could or could not affect the procedures of there reenactment. In this weeks episode they shoot a tshirt from different distances to see what kind of marks it makes and to see how far the shooter was from the victim to prove the witnesses and shooters testimonies right or wrong. To make the gun stable they used a balnce to rest the shaft of the gun on top. But this was a mistake for they still had a person hold the gun shooting it slightly downward or upward. Thus creating an extra length of distance for we all know a straight line compared to a diagnloled line ended up in the same place is always shorter. Also it could effect how the bullet penatrated the shirt leaving inconclusive responce on where the gun powder landed on the shirt. I thinik its easy to say that this myth has been Bussssted!!!! i mean the csi team screwed up again.

Psycho trucker and the window brothers

For this blog of csi i will not challenge the actaul forsensics of the scientist in the show but their actions in how they do their procedures. In this episode of csi Gary Dourdan (Warrick Brown) uses a bat to smash a window to recreate a an action of a suspect who smashed a window and then killed his brother. The way Gary took on this procedure was totally unorthodox, their are way to many outlying variables that could clud the judgmeant of how glass breaks in that condition that could wrongfully accuse the suspect. He could of hit the window with more force, in a different place, or with more surface area or perhaps a mixture or combination of all of that. Until we can make sure those affects don't harm the effect of see how glas breaks from the inside vs the outside we have to call this procedure inconclusive.

In this week's episode the CSI team did numerous blood sweeps for traces of the victim's blood and found some on a wall and car carpet after it had been cleaned out. The results of the blood look to clear and noticable to seem real, Can they actaully take blood samples that clear and appearant? what are the chances of it not being somehting harder to spot that just a purple stain? • This is Lu speaking, In the Pilot of CSI the main character does an experiment of hitting a dummie head with a baseball bat to see which way the blood will go and what kind of impact it will make. This i feel is a holywood experiment. In real life their would be no way of reanacting that impact by human means. If he perhaps got some type of robot to hit the head and hit the head where the victom was hit and by the same angle and such it could be considered as reality.e
